Custom Bike from Ireland
Ger has a small bike building business called C&C Choppers, where they make almost all the parts themselves (see specifications of the bike). He started collecting parts for it about four years ago, and since then most of the parts have been payed for with paint work. The project has been taking this long time due to the financing. But Ger got an email on new years eve 2002/2003 that his bike was accepted in a French bike show, and now he suddenly had only 10 weeks to finish his project! Luckily, with help from some good friends he managed to finish the project in time. The bike came in second place. Congratulations!
He has a few adjustments to make before he is completely satisfied with the bike, and then he has to strip it down again and give it a proper paint work. He hopes to make it to the Norrtelje Custom Bike Show 2004 in Sweden. Then the bike may be for sale, because he has to build another one as soon as possible…
